Our company is a Financial service and FinTech centric Strategic and Operational Consultancy with a focus on financial innovation and international market development.
We help banks and insurance developing innovative business models, FinTechs and Neobanks integrating core credit or insurance expertise, and start-ups and groups in their market entries in distant major markets (currently running several missions involving entering the Chinese market or acquiring Chinese and other international users).
Our team is truly international and assemble French, European, Chinese or Russian consultant or experts depending on mission.
They are proposing an internship as a path to recruit a strong, sales and business development minded digital marketer to join our team and help drive customer acquisition in France and internationally.
Our company is incorporated in Paris, but under the current confinement context, you can remote work from any location through the usual full suite of digital tools: Video conferencing for internal meeting and clients engagement, messaging and calling on a routine basis, leveraging for customers lead generation the full suite of LinkedIn and other relevant platforms’ tools.
As confinement eventually recedes, physical interactions and traveling will gradually be scaling where and when it improves effectiveness and personal and professional convenience.
Your role will require you to communicate with high fluency level in French and English. Knowledge of other major languages are welcomed, as we support clients from and in other geographies.
You will be responsible for a full spectrum of Customer Acquisition operations from a marketing and business development standpoint - conducting research, sourcing clients and testing the efficiency of lead generation advertising campaigns (online) to grow the reach of the business and create strategic, operational or technological consultancy and market entry execution opportunities..

You will be enjoying the idea of joining a boutique activity where you will work with a small team of extremely experienced professional.
We have no hierarchic barriers and you will work both with the President of the company and with very senior French and International consultants and experts. You will be tasked with identification and sourcing of clients leads, including initiating contacts at director or executive level. You will be supported in this by our most senior executives – as you will support them - turning the leads into contractual engagement or retainers.
You are probably in your last formative year in an MBA or other Master education level with a strong focus on Digital Marketing and Business Development or Sales, with significant initial experiences through prior internships or jobs. You must be comfortable with Research, Online campaigns, Client and Prospects engagement through mails and calls etc.
Must be native or highly fluent in oral and written communication in English & French (other language skills are welcomed).
